Calvin Harris ft. Example – We’ll Be Coming Back (R3hab Remix)

It seems like this track by Calvin Harris featuring Example is going to get the remix treatment on many different levels. Killsonik remixed a Dubstep version of the song and absolutely killed it. Now, R3hab stepped up and put his own touch on it. He warms up the track by using the vocals to catch the listeners ear with a great bass line and even better synth. On cue, the beat drops with a massive festival like bass that will get everyone’s hands in the air. This is just the preview so expect a couple more changes to the track before being released as a finished product.

Tom Fall – iRok

Tom Fall – iROK

Tom Fall has released “iRok” through Trice Recordings, a new label under Armada Music to showcase the progressive trance, progressive house and bass bumping music a lot of people love. They realized what a great song this was and decided “iRok” would be the first track released on the label, a wise move if I say so myself. Tom Fall is a rising producer from Finland and is definitely going to get a lot of attention after this big-room beat makes it’s way into people’s ears. Fans, be prepared for this track to start ripping up clubs and festivals worldwide. This track is out now on Beatport!

EDC Las Vegas 2012 – Chuckie

Was there any doubt Chuckie was going to light up the main stage at EDC Las Vegas? Although his 9:40 PM set time was early, Chuckie left all his fans jumping for the rest of the night. Plan on future EDC’s slotting him at much better times. His feel good, get the crowd engaged, drop banger after banger sets have skyrocketed Chuckie into one of the must see DJ’s in EDM. He creates a euphoric atmosphere that allows him to dive into and mash together songs that make the audience scream from the first song to the last while also feeding off and repeatedly asking the fans to show him their energy. The fans knew they were in for a spectacle when he opened with his brand new song featuring Promised Land and Amanda Wilson – Breaking Up. From there on, Chuckie bounced from some of his Dirty Dutch style tracks to feel good house beats that the crowd loved. Just like at EDC NYC, he threw in a couple new tracks towards the end of his set to leave his fans and the crowd with an amazing set and experience.

This is the first of many reviews coming from Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas. Chuckie is one of our favorites here at EDMfire so what better way to start than with him! Stay tuned!

Calvin Harris ft. Example – We’ll Be Coming Back (Killsonik Remix)

Calvin Harris and Example collaborated on “We’ll Be Coming Back”, a song that makes my ears jump, as well as, my feet. Now, Killsonik is bringing the heat for all you Dubstep fans. The lyrics are creative, compelling and Example’s voice makes them bounce off the original track. Killsonik used this to his advantage as he created a massive track that will resonate with all EDM fans, not just the single genre of Dubstep.

EDC Las Vegas Updates!

Day 2 at Electric Daisy Carnival was unfortunately suspended due to inclement weather at 12:35 AM. Insomniac Events cannot control that aspect and unfortunately, had to shut down the event for the safety of their devoted EDM fans. Day 3 is on schedule and set to begin at 7:00 PM with Morgan Page on the main stage, kineticFIELD. The weather may still impact tonight’s event. For now, it is calm but there may be potential winds hitting the Las Vegas Motor Speedway at certain times tonight. All fans should get to the event as early as they can in order to see as many acts as possible in case inclement weather effects tonight’s show. Again, the event is still on and scheduled to go throughout the night and close out with a bang! Everyone keep their fingers crossed for an amazing show!
